Business History

Our company started with an idea and determination. When the market took a downturn and Joe being in the lending industry and Phil being in construction we had to reinvent ourselves. Seeing that there was a need for honest and reliable property management we decided to start our own. Since our family owns rental property we could see that the company that they were using was taking advantage of the fact that they lived out or the area. They also did not counsel with the clients about growing their portfolio. With Phil being a licensed general contract and Joe being a licensed Real Estate Broker and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Law we joined forces and started B and B Real Estate and Investments. We have grown the company from an Idea to about 200 doors in both residential and commercial. We have increased our clients incomes and portfolio values. They have also decreased the amount of time they spend on worrying about there investment properties. Thank You for your consideration.
