- Our residential services include Design and Construction Documents for new construction, additions, and historic renovations. We can also provide structural, mechanical and electrical engineering for each of our projects. After the design is complete we provide Bidding and Negotiation services and a variety of Construction Administration services to guide our clients through the construction process. We provide Commercial Design services for our clients who have a specific need. Needs range from speculative ventures, professional offices, religious facilities, manufacturing facilities and more. Health Care Architecture accounts for approximately half of our firm s work. Matthew Kunath, Associate, Director of Health Care, works with our Clients, the State Agency for Health Care Administration and our Health Care Team to assure a complete, well-designed solution for your project.
