Some of building types are churches, offices, industrial, retail, warehouse, residential (multi and single-family), medical, aquatic, recreational, and restaurant. Construction types vary from wood, steel, ICFs, SIPs, metal buildings, masonry to tilt-up concrete. We have experience working with sustainable materials and energy efficient designs (now called 'green'). Delivery types that we have been involved in include conventional design/bid/build, design/build, construction management, negotiated bid and denominational builders.
