Mr. Frank Bettinger, President: Mr. Bettinger, President of ADV, has thirty years of military experience as a commissioned officer as well as twenty years as a defense contractor. He has extensive experience as a project manager with strategic, tactical, integration, and operational level planning support. He has led numerous special studies related to business improvement, management, and resource allocation. As a defense industry contractor, Mr. Bettinger has been engaged in projects focused on business improvement efforts and strategic planning. Mr. Bettinger continuously serves as a liaison between ADV and various government agencies representatives throughout projects. Mr. Bettinger is also a verified Service Disabled Veteran who strives to provide employment to veterans within our region.
