As an added benefit, our expertise in CM services, having had direct responsibility for construction on many buildings, has provided us with a unique and informed perspective in designing buildings that CAN be built.

EPM Architecture has more than 25 years of diverse experience commercial architecture, specifically civic, public safety, corporate, and recreational. Providing functional and timeless designs for our clients is one of our overriding principles. We work exceptionally hard to offer innovative and responsible architectural design solutions that meet and exceed our clients' budget, functionality, and schedule goals.

EPM Architecture Principal, Mark Edelmann (hyperlink) has more than twenty-five years of experience in leading public and private projects to fruitionmaintaining design integrity, project schedules, and construction quality project goals. Mr. Edelmann, a registered architect and structural engineer, developed Architecturally Integrated Project and Construction Management services to meet the needs of his clients.
