Owner, Rick Longo, has put together award-winning communities and architecture, and is the driving force behind everything we do. Hillcrest Associates Inc. has been doing business since 1972, and some employees have been with us for more than 2 decades. Our goal is to offer quality and professional work that is creative, marketable, and cost effective. Our long list of successful projects includes the design of large and small residential subdivisions, manufacturing and fabrication plants, commercial office and retail space, and regionally renowned golf courses.
