We are a residential design company in the Tri-City, WA area with over 25 years of experience and over 1000 completed houses. We sit down one on one with our clients and contractors and help custom design their dream homes and spec homes. We are fast, economical, friendly, and provide great quality designs and construction plans. Currently, we are charging $0.40 sqft for custom homes and are the best value in the area. Also, we are posting stock plans on the website soon.
