Stonebrook AEC is an architectural, engineering, construction, surveying & land planning firm in Lake Placid, NY and servicing Essex, Franklin and Warren Counties.

Our firm services Potsdam, Malone, Plattsburgh, Lake Placid, Saranac Lake, Queensbury and Glens Falls markets. We specialize in bringing raw land through all phases of the development process.

We provide our clients with a coordinated approach to residential and commercial construction, managing all details from start to finish. We offer skill in land surveying, permitting and zoning, site planning, financing, and design-build services. Our engineering and architectural services include the designing of water/sewer systems, structural systems, foundations and drainage, environmental permitting and construction management.
