- The architectural firm of Peck Flannery Gream Warren Inc was established in Paducah, Kentucky in 1964 on the belief that our performance as architects would be the measure of our growth. Orderly, disciplined growth prompted establishment of a second office in Elizabethtown, Kentucky in 1975 to provide a broader area of service within the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Peck Flannery Gream Warren Inc, with years of experience in the practice of design and construction consulting, provides the midwest region with skilled, dedicated and specialized counsel in a broad range of architectural disciplines. We have discovered that the key to successful project development is the dedication of the "team relationship" by the participants. Our goal on each project is to prepare an organized network that is conducive to sharing ideas and exploring various opportunities. We believe that nothing in architectural practice is more important than the personal confidence and relationship of the client and architect. The Peck Flannery Gream Warren Inc team of professionals is designated to serve continuously from the inception of the problem identification phase through the occupancy and post-construction phase of each project, and includes such specialty areas as project analysis, architectural design, land planning, interior design, cost analysis and construction administration services. Our task includes providing the necessary leadership for developing the program of functional space requirements, establishing environmental criteria, conducting site analysis and preparing estimates in order to develop desired design concepts. This concept of management insures continuous and positive involvement of the client and user in the total project process. Our numerous project commissions in a wide array of pursuits are testimony to our capabilities as designers. The extensive utilization of computer-aided design, including 3D modeling and rendering, allows better and quicker visualization of design and planning and thus, more effectively serves our clientele. Repeat clients represent over 80% of our work. We were founded on the principle of designing facilities which are functional, aesthetically appealing and economical. We remain dedicated to that concept.
