We believe architecture should create a spirit of place that honors the past while invigorating it with a contemporary viewpoint. In the practice of architecture and in the practice of living, we find our interests are expressed in a commitment to creativity, a connection to nature and a passion for people and community. Our approach to architecture is inherently collaborative. We work closely with our colleagues and clients in a team approach that values shared ideas, creative thinking and intuitive insights. Our process begins by sourcing the roots of the region and goals of a project. Upon this we build a strategy for design that includes guiding principles. Solutions follow, interpreting facts and strategies into design that forges new relationships between tradition and contemporary lifestyles.
