- R. A. Murphy Construction, Inc., has been in business in the Rogue Valley for over 30 years, started in 1977 by Reid A. Murphy, and incorporated in 1991. Throughout these years we have transformed into one of Southern Oregon's largest locally owned construction companies.We are primarily involved in commercial construction but do all phases and types of construction. We are non-union, currently employing 30-50 individuals. We have an architect, licensed in Oregon, Washington, and soon California as part of our staff, enabling us to further make R.A. Murphy Construction your one-stop-shop for construction needs.Our main office was located in Eagle Point for 27 years before moving into our new location in Medford.We are a general contractor primarily involved in new commercial construction and remodeling. We offer a wide range of construction services, from residential foundation repair to multi-story steel buildings. We can help with many aspects of your project, Architectural and Engineering service, space planning, budgeting, scheduling, finance consulting, land/site planning and permit expediting.Since 1977, R.A. Murphy Construction has worked with owners to provide them with a facility to meet their needs and budget.
