Our founding partners have decades of experience in the building industry. Together with our associates, we have designed and managed award winning residential and mixed-use projects across California, the Western United States, and abroad. With staff located in Los Angeles and Orange County, amk STUDIO is committed to producing designs with integrity, environmental sensitivity, and quality. When it comes to designing successful communities for today’s home buyers, we also know what the current market and lifestyles demand. We work directly with you to make your vision a reality. Our creativity and versatility, makes us well suited for the infill and mixed use projects. We design so you can live in a home that you want, that is designed and made for you. Your needs, the specific site conditions and your wish list doesn’t exist in a pre-designed or pre-fab house. It lives and exist in our design inspired by you. Our proficiency with a wide range of architectural styles does not limit us to any one. Every project at amk STUDIO begins with research into the local setting and the subsequent design will be what the project “wants” to be and what the client likes, and not a forced rendition of any trendy aesthetic. Solutions incorporate timeless design methods of light/space, indoor/outdoor continuity, and environmentally responsive passive lighting and ventilation, capturing opportunities that produce an air of authenticity and timelessness in any project.
