The firm as it is known today was formed in 1997 with the merger of two prominent and longstanding area firms, Latta, Harris, Yotty & Co. of Washington, Iowa, and the Tipton, Iowa office of Meriwether, Wilson & Co., P.L.C. Latta, Harris, Hanon & Penningroth, L.L.P. continues the traditions of trust, experience, knowledge and professionalism begun by our predecessor firms over twenty-five years ago.
