Wm S Cannon and Associates firm was established in 1974 as a sole proprietorship and incorporated as a professional corporation on January 1, 1993. The Conroe office was established October 2003 after Bill and his wife Carolyn moved to the Conroe area in 2000. Previously the firm's office was located in South Houston from 1985 until October 2004. The CPA firm specializes in the area of providing accounting, tax and management services to small business, estates and trusts, and non-profit organizations. The firm also does extensive individual tax preparation and retirement/estate planning.
