Gerald "Jerry" Bernard and Gary Stallman have been working together in the accounting profession for the past twenty-two years. Their accounting firm provides services to a wide variety of clientele ranging from small businesses to large corporations.

After working together for five years as revenue agents with the IRS, Gary and Jerry left their government employment and joined forces. Today, Bernard & Stallman P.C. has a reputation among their peers and the professional community for providing some of the most experienced talent available in the areas of tax planning, IRS representation, and tax preparation services.

Bernard & Stallman P.C. tailor their services to the needs of the business entrepreneur by focusing on the specific requirements of each client. The firm’s experienced staff provide up-to-date accounting support using the latest in computer technology. In addition to Gary and Jerry, the firm has three tax accounting professionals, each with more than fifteen years of CPA experience, to provide hands-on tax and accounting services.

Gary provides experienced accounting support and is a Quickbooks certified professional adviser and a member of the Information Technology Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Jerry is an active volunteer on several state and federal tax committees. In addition Jerry is a nationally published author on IRS audit guidelines and techniques. Along with a co-author, Jerry has had four books published by John Wiley Publishing.
