Verdeja & De Armas, LLP is composed of 2 partners and approximately 25 employees. The firm’s audit department has specialized in the not-for-profit, education, healthcare, and real estate businesses among others. Today the firm offers accounting, audit and tax services to over 100 not-for-profit organizations in Miami-Dade, Broward, Hillsborough and Monroe Counties, as well as providing accounting, audit and tax services to charter schools and private schools. The firm has served on many joint ventures with all Big Four accounting firms including the audits of Jackson Memorial Hospital, The City of Miami Beach and the Miami-Dade County Aviation and Transportation Departments.
