Sanson, Kline, Jacomino & Company, LLP was founded on January 7, 1978 by two former Partners and one Manager of Alexander Grant & Co. (currently known as Grant Thornton, LLP), We provide professional services to numerous governmental, non-profit and for-profit entities, including accounting/bookkeeping, auditing, consulting, tax planning, preparation and consulting, and other assurance and advisory services (see a more detailed listing of our services by clicking on the “client services” tab).

We are licensed and authorized, as a CPA firm to perform professional services, by the State of Florida Board of Accountancy and are and continue to be in good standing with the State Board. We are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Private Companies Division for CPA Firms. All of our partners and all eligible employees are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and are in good standing with such Institutes. In addition, we are a Minority Business Enterprise and/or Small Business Enterprise certified by numerous governmental entities in Florida.
