Analysis We analyze the existing products and services currently in use and how well those products and services are meeting the organizations needs, identify shortfalls that may exist, and identify future needs.
Design We design a solution with the necessary products and services that will meet the organizations needs, eliminate shortfalls and accommodate future needs that have been identified.
Procurement We quote and sell any and all products and services we can that are part of the design and assist with acquiring any products and services that we cannot provide ourselves.
Implementation We install, configure and test any and all products and services we can and coordinate the installation of products and services that we cannot install ourselves.
Support We remotely monitor and maintain the products and services as much as is physically possible, provide a helpdesk for reporting problems our monitoring may not have already identified and for resolving the problem immediately if possible via phone and/or a remote connection, and when necessary we dispatch a Technician onsite to troubleshoot and resolve the problem or put a plan in place to resolve the problem. We also follow-up on most of the support issues that arise to be sure those we serve are satisfied with the services we provide.
