If your computer is completely crashed, I can factory restore or do a clean install of Windows or OSX. I can help repair your machine and have it back to you in less time and for a fraction of the cost.  Not all repairs can be made remotely, but if so I can usually fix common problems without the extra time and frustration of trying to guide you over the phone. Most of the time, with just a few clicks, I am in and out with the problem solved.

I specialize in both Windows and Mac Operating Systems. I also can restore lost hard drive data, custom build computers, repair hard drives, and there has never been a computer that I was unable to fix. I also specialize in both Android and iOS/ iphone & ipads. Average repair turn around time is 1 day, and I am also available 24/7 for emergencies.

My service costs are not set prices, so if you are a someone that does not want to spend a whole lot getting repairs, I am very flexible and am willing to help. I guarantee all my work, and offer free onging remote support if anything goes wrong in the future. I am not someone that will go back on quotes or agreements. In most situations, I can make all the repairs without the cost of computer parts or software. I have bins of used computer parts from various I.T. jobs that is taking up space, so if it is something I have, I will provide it free for the repair.
