The company changed the name to Black Box since a majority of the customers began calling the company by its catalog name. Its clients range from large enterprise corporations to smaller organizations that the company provides services for, such as voice and Internet protocol telephony solutions, data technologies, customer contact solutions and remanufacture of equipment, as well as technologies for messaging, infrastructure, conferencing and enterprise mobility.
