HaiJoe Inc., established in 2010 is a growing small business in the Northern Virginia area bringing to the moving and lifeguard trades our experience, hard work and our excellent customer service. We work locally and nationally providing our services. Having experience in working with lifeguard and movers HaiJoe Inc., understand how hard it can be to find the right individuals to fill our open positions. We take into consideration the importance of your business reputation and want to find only quality personnel for Haijoe. We hire many individuals from all areas and also we offer an opportunity of employment to college students from around the world.How do we select our participants? Mainly we hire college students from our local Universities, Community Colleges and college students from abroad through the work and travel program. This is a program supported by the State Department which offers college students from other countries the opportunity to travel to United States and work for 3-4 months during their summer break. We provide housing and transportation for the duration of their program. HaiJoe, Inc. brings a very strong and responsible work force to our business, as we work very hard to hand select all our employees from our local sources and all our partner agents abroad.
